Shipping policy
Where we ship
MLI Trading LLC ships within the United States only, including all 50 states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship internationally.
We deliver to residential and business street addresses. We are not able to deliver to PO boxes or to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
Processing time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day typically leave the fulfillment center the same day. Orders placed after that time, or on a weekend or holiday, are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Standard delivery within the contiguous United States usually takes 3 to 5 business days after an order ships. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories takes longer.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and other events outside our control can affect transit time.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the contents of your order. The full total, including shipping and any applicable tax, is shown before you complete your purchase.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves the fulfillment center. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show activity after the email arrives.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly. If you notice a mistake, email sales@mlitrading.com right away — we will correct it if the order has not yet shipped.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. Include your order number, and for damaged items, photos of the outer packaging and the product.
