01 — What we do

Retail, start to finish

We are a retailer. We buy consumer products at wholesale, build the listings, put them in front of American shoppers and keep them in stock. Six sections cover the catalog: auto care and tools, home and storage, craft and paper, tea and specialty food, personal care, uniform and accessories.

The same catalog sells here and on Amazon — same product, same source, same U.S. fulfillment network behind it.

02 — How we buy

Direct from the brand

Every product we carry is bought from the brand that makes it or from the manufacturer that supplies it. We do not buy from liquidators, auctions or diverted stock. That is how expired and counterfeit product ends up in a listing, and how a brand loses control of its own price.

We pay for inventory up front and carry the risk ourselves. That makes us a customer rather than a vendor — not another channel for you to manage.

03 — How we sell

United States only

  • We hold the price

    We sell at or above the MAP the brand sets, and expect the same from everyone else on the listing. Price discipline is what keeps a product worth making and worth carrying.

  • We keep listings accurate

    Titles, specifications and images come from the product itself. If a detail is not on the box or in the spec sheet, it does not go on the page.

  • We keep it in stock

    A listing that runs out loses its ranking and takes months to win it back. We forecast demand and reorder ahead of it.

  • We ship from U.S. fulfillment centers

    Orders leave fulfillment centers inside the United States. Cut-off times, delivery windows and returns are set out in the shipping policy.
