Three kinds of mail

An order or a product
Questions about an order, a product or a return. Include your order number and the email address you used at checkout — that gets you an answer in one round instead of three. Delivery windows and return terms are in the shipping policy.

A brand or a supplier
Send a wholesale price list and a link to your products. We reply with the items we want and what an opening order looks like. What we ask for and how we work is set out on For brands and suppliers.
